I have an amazing story associated with this song. I had a girlfriend, and we were together for three years. It was the best time of my life; we loved each other immensely. However, she suddenly broke up with me. I was devastated, but I held onto the hope that one day she would come back, even though there was no indication of it. She cut off contact with me, saying she didn’t feel anything for me anymore. But after half a year, we agreed to meet because she wanted to return a food container to me 😂. A few weeks before this meeting, I stumbled upon this song on UA-cam and decided it would be the first song I played when we finally saw each other again, as the lyrics and the nostalgic, calm theme matched perfectly. I drove to her house, she got into my car, and we drove to our special place while this song was already playing. I looked at her and simply said, 'Hi Amelia,’ and let the music play. While we were driving I felt her gaze on me and heard her cry. She cried intermittently for another hour. When the meeting ended, she continued to cry for two more days. We began to communicate again, and shortly after, she became my girlfriend again. Why were we all 17 when we first found and heard this song and why were we all lost😂. I had just turned 17 and my entire life blew up in the matter of days. My dad was arrested, all of my siblings were apprehended, and my mom was evicted from the place her and my dad were renting because he didn’t pay rent. (It all happened in the span of 3 days) Basically it left me and my mom stranded on the streets, I had no idea where my mom was and she was struggling with addiction so it was hard to get ahold of her. Thankfully I wasn’t completely alone because my boyfriend was also homeless and we stuck together, anyways I found this song after moving a full 18 hour drive away from my family with him and we’re still together and happy lol

I heard that song long time ago. I am sure it's more than 6 years. Like I was 18-19 didn't know where life is going but thinking everything I had was deserved and I thought I knew what I was doing. Now it's much different. I'd say quite the opposite. I am so thankful for what I have, even if it ain't much, but I am feeling happy and satisfied right now. Listening to this song right now feels exactly this way too. A very beautiful song!
